Description:

1. Shielding panels are made of moulded cold-rolled steel plates. They are jointed in ‘^’way and welded with CO2 protection, which can restrain the plates from distortion and ensure the leveling of the steel plates.

2. Self-supported frame construction is made of section materials.

3. Shielding door is optional: standard electromotive door (electromotive / manual alternative), full-automatic shielding door (light-activated with password) sliding door. Subshining stainless steel decoration is on surface of the door. Standard dimension of the door is:0.85×2(m).

4. Large-scale hanging sliding shielding-door, electromotive sliding push-in door, electromotive sliding gasbag door, rotated door with track.

5. Ventilated window is designed in cellular wave-guide type with dimension:300×300(mm).

Q: Do you supply any certification and test results for the shielding effectiveness?

A: Upon request we can provide a Certificate of Conformance with any enclosure. Of course, after manufacture, we test each enclosure to verify that they meet our specified isolation, but do not individually log or document any of the test measurements made on a particular enclosure. If you wish us to document our tests on your particular enclosure, we can do this for you at an additional cost based upon standard engineering billable time. This time would be determined by your requirements and we would need to know exactly what you would like us to measure and in what fashion.

Q: Could you provide results of performance at 5 or 10 MHz?

A: At low frequencies, the isolation is determined by the I/O interface you use, typically they are all greater than -100 db. This is because at these low frequencies, leakage occurs in conducted emission on cables crossing the enclosure RF shielding barrier. The enclosure itself provides shielding isolation beyond practical measurement at these low frequencies.
