1. Shielding panels are made of moulded cold-rolled steel plates. They are jointed in ‘^’way and welded with CO2 protection, which can restrain the plates from distortion and ensure the leveling of the steel plates.
2. Self-supported frame construction is made of section materials.
3. Shielding door is optional: standard electromotive door (electromotive / manual alternative), full-automatic shielding door (light-activated with password) sliding door. Subshining stainless steel decoration is on surface of the door. Standard dimension of the door is:0.85×2(m).
4. Large-scale hanging sliding shielding-door, electromotive sliding push-in door, electromotive sliding gasbag door, rotated door with track.
5. Ventilated window is designed in cellular wave-guide type with dimension:300×300(mm).
6. Power filter is in condition of high-performance and low-leakage.
7. Telephone, air-conditioning, fire-fight devices, optical fiber and CAT5 cables can be equipped customized of the shielding room.

A: Yes, PIONEER Test will consider the customer’s concept and provide quotes for a new design with delivery of the custom enclosure typically within 8 to 10 weeks.
Q: How do I choose the proper filtering capacitance of a D-Sub connector to guarantee the required data rate is passed into the RF Enclosure?
A. PIONEER Test currently stocks filtered D-Sub connectors that will pass data rates up to 1000 MBPS. A capacitance of 1000pf is used for data rates speeds up to 10 MBPS, 310pf for speeds up to 50 MBPS, 100pf for speeds up to 100 MBPS, and 10pf for speeds up to 1000 MBPS. Pin counts vary depending on the manufacturer of the D-Sub connector. Higher capacitance filter networks provide higher levels of shielding effectiveness.
